Service & repairs

Which car brands do you service?

We service all makes and models, petrol, diesel and hybrid. Whatever you drive, you're welcome here.

Do you service hybrid cars?

Yes! We carry out both servicing and diagnostics on hybrid cars with modern tools and trained technicians.

What spare parts do you use?

We always use OEM parts or equivalent quality parts. That means the same quality as the brand dealership.

Does servicing with you affect my new car warranty?

No. As long as the service follows the manufacturer's service schedule, which we always do, your warranty remains fully valid. We document everything in the service book.

What is Bosch Car Service?

Bosch Car Service is a global network of over 15,000 workshops in 150 countries. As a partner we meet Bosch's high standards for quality, certified mechanics and diagnostic equipment.

Can you diagnose dashboard warning lights?

Absolutely. With our advanced Bosch diagnostic equipment we read your car's fault codes and find out exactly what's behind the warning light.

Inspection & re-inspection

Can you carry out my car's official inspection?

Yes, we are an accredited inspection station, Swedac no. 10646, and carry out inspections right here in the workshop.

What does 'släcka 2:or' (re-inspection) mean?

If your car fails its inspection, we repair the faults and carry out the official re-inspection on site. That means no trip back to the inspection station.

How long do I have to complete the re-inspection?

The re-inspection must be done within 2 months of the original inspection. Don't wait too long. Book a time and we'll sort it well in advance.

What is a pre-inspection check?

In a pre-inspection check we go through your car before the official inspection, so you know it will pass. It reduces the risk of a failed inspection and unnecessary return visits.

What happens if my car fails the inspection?

Don't panic. Come to us. We repair the faults and carry out the re-inspection on site, all in a single visit.

Do I need to book the re-inspection?

We recommend booking so we can help you as quickly as possible. Call 08-640 55 30 or book online.

Tires & brakes

When should I switch to winter tires?

Winter tires are a legal requirement from 1 December to 31 March in winter conditions. We recommend switching once the temperature stays below 7°C. The legal minimum tread depth is 3 mm, but we recommend at least 4 mm.

Do you offer tire storage?

Yes, we store your tires safely between seasons. No more hauling tires around or finding space in your storage room.

Do you sell new tires?

Yes, we both sell and fit new tires. We'll help you find the right tires for your car and your driving.

Do you do wheel alignment?

Yes, we do wheel alignment, fitting and balancing. Correctly aligned wheels give better grip, more even tire wear and lower fuel consumption.

How often should I check my brakes?

We recommend a brake check every year or every 20,000 km. Warning signs to watch for are squealing noises, the car pulling to one side, vibrations in the steering wheel or a soft brake pedal.

What's included in a tire change?

In a tire change we fit and balance all four tires and check their condition and tread depth at the same time, so you're safe on the road all season.

Prices & payment

How much does a service cost?

The price depends on your car model and what needs doing, so we always give you a personal quote. Get in touch via the booking page or the chat, or call 08-640 55 30 and we'll get back to you quickly with a price.

Can I split the payment?

Yes, with the Bosch Car Service Card you can split your payment over up to 24 months. Ask us and we'll tell you more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, cash and Swish.

Do I get a quote before you start the work?
